These are going to be the trend interior design colors of 2010… and yes… I just totally made that up now.

Looking at the images of the soon to be opened Rolex Learning Center… makes me wonder if maybe… I paid too much for my Sea Dweller after all?! But then again… it all appears to be for a good cause…

Everything that these words entail, describe and symbolize is the essence of this residence in Madrid were the Spanish duo, fashion designer David Delfin and photographer Gorka Postigo reside. The marriage of these two individuals under one roof is the epitome of sexual elegance. David Delfin is famous for designing garments which extenuate the body giving femininity and sex -appeal for his fashion brand davidelfin. Gorka Postigo is an architect (AKAstudio) turned photographer whose work is expressed through the exploration of nudity and emotions through the human existence.

Another (see previous blog) great representation of stunning Dominican beach architecture is the Casa Kimball on the north coast of the Republic. It is designed by New York based Rangr Studio… which quite proves the point, that those New Yorkers really do know a thing or tow on how to escape the cold weather.

Hometown Confiserie Bachmann and hometown architects HHF got together last year… to redesign the Confiserie’s Location across from the “Les Trois Rois” Hotel.

Since i’m feeling kind of “local” this time of the year… i thought that this would be an adequate post to start the 2010 blogging season…
